Hi! I’m Julia, an NYC-based photographer and writer. Born and raised just outside of Boston, I grew up going to all of my parents’ favorite concerts before branching off and becoming a fangirl of my own. Getting to not just see and listen to but also photograph live music is something I never thought I’d be doing, but now it’s been my favorite pastime ever since starting back in college. My style has evolved over the years, but I tend to focus on bringing out as much light and color in a scene as possible. Though my home base is NYC, I definitely have a hard time staying still, and you’ll find me pretty much anywhere attending or photographing shows all year round.
