Martin Garrix brought one of the boldest and most intricate electronic music productions to New York City this past weekend. Garrix took over Brooklyn’s Barclays Center for three action-packed nights, and First III No Flash was there to capture the electricity of the second night of his run.

The Dutch DJ and producer delivered an especially high-energy performance on Friday, June 12th, with support from artists Nova Blue and Cashen. Fans erupted with cheers as Garrix took the stage atop a tall structure, while lasers, pyrotechnics, confetti, and immersive visuals transformed the surrounding space into a full-scale EDM experience.

During his set, Martin Garrix combined his explosive visuals and crowd-pleasing anthems with the live vocals of Ed Sheeran, the English singer, songwriter, and musician. This came on the eve of him kicking off his 3-month North American stadium tour. This truly made for an unforgettable B2B experience, as Ed remained on stage for roughly 45 minutes and sang over Garrix’s music (even playing mashups of “Someone You Loved” and “Castle on the Hill”), while the duo even donned matching t-shirts!

This was a once in a lifetime experience for lucky fans who attended night two of the highly anticipated string of shows. Be sure to catch Martin Garrix on the remainder of his tour throughout the rest of the year, as he travels throughout the Americas and Europe — you never know who may make a surprise appearance and make it a night to remember!
