Russian deathcore band Slaughter to Prevail have built a strong reputation over the past decade for their heavy sound and intense live shows. They’re known for mixing heavy music with a strong visual style, especially their use of masks and dark imagery that’s become a big part of who they are as a band.

As part of their 2026 North American tour supporting their latest release Grizzly, they brought powerful energy to a sold-out crowd at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles on April 2, 2026. The night also featured opening sets from Whitechapel and Attila. Whitechapel, formed in Knoxville, Tennessee in 2006, has been a steady name in the deathcore scene for years, building a strong following through consistent touring and releases. Attila, formed in Atlanta, Georgia in 2005, has also maintained a loyal fanbase and remains active in the heavy music scene with a long list of albums and tours behind them.

Slaughter to Prevail hit the stage at the Hollywood Palladium, immediately grabbing attention with their killer setup. A huge balloon bear loomed in the back, while the lights moved with the music, cranking up the energy of their brutal set. The setlist threw together new tracks and fan favorites, getting the crowd hyped. Songs from Grizzly flowed right into the older stuff, showing the band’s growth without losing their edge.

If you haven’t caught them yet, there are still shows left on the tour—and trust me, you gotta check out this sick-ass lineup. Don’t sleep on your chance to support the Russian Grizzly while they’re tearing it up in America.
