The Capital Groove Music Festival Returns for Round Two

The Capital Groove Music Festival will be returning to Bushnell Park in Hartford, CT on Saturday, June 28th and Sunday, June 29th. After a successful debut in 2024, the festival will be returning for its second year with a diverse set of acts performing on a single stage.

For its return, the lineup for The Capital Groove Music Festival will include funk artists Khruangbin and Thundercat on its first day, and indie rock group Bleachers and ’90s rock group Cake for its second. Rounding out the lineup on day one are Thee Sacred Souls, Steel Pulse, Ripe, Improvement Movement, and Ghost Funk Orchestra, while day two will also include performances by Sammy Rae & The Friends, St. Paul & The Broken Bones, Fantastic Negrito, the Greeting Committee, and Spectre Jones. Also featured among these performers will be food trucks and other local vendors to be announced closer to the festival date.
