A New England favorite, Levitate Music & Arts Festival is back for its 13th year, ready to add a bit of funk to Marshfield, MA. The festival celebrates music and community, promising another year of new experiences including an expanded lineup and the debut of the new Levitate Foundation Songwriter’s Stages.
Headlining the weekend is reggae stars and local talent Stick Figure, alongside Dispatch and The Revivalists. The Lineup also includes a variety of funky talent including Thundercat, Ripe, Still Woozy, Dogs In A Pile, and many more. A personal favorite is the brother sister duo of Lawrence, alongside an insanely talented band which totals about 8 people all together. A band that features talent in both songwriting, flawless instrumentals, and a lot of previous accolades from movies/tv scores with Warner Pictures to Gracie Lawrence who actively is on Broadway with Just In Time.
In addition to music, the festival will highlight emerging talent through the Songwriter’s Stage and Artist Showcase, offering one standout artist a featured gallery at the Levitate Fest and a grant for an artist residency. Levitate also introduces the “Spoonfuls Culinary Experience and Lounge,” a VIP dining event benefiting food recovery nonprofit Spoonfuls. With art installations, family activities, and a sustainability-focused marketplace, Levitate continues to be a vibrant, community-first summer staple.
