SLAYER is making their return to the U.K. this July for two huge shows, marking their first performances here in six years. These will also be their only headline shows in Europe this year, and the biggest ones they’ve ever done in the U.K.
The band will play in Cardiff at Blackweir Fields on July 3rd and in London at Finsbury Park on July 6th. More than just concerts, these outdoor events are a celebration of over 40 years of thrash metal history.
SLAYER won’t be coming alone. Joining them are five incredible bands:
- AMON AMARTH
- ANTHRAX
- MASTODON
- HATEBREED
- NECKBREAKKER
DATES:
Thu 3rd July – CARDIFF, Blackweir Fields
Sun 6th July – LONDON, Finsbury Park
This news comes right after SLAYER was announced as part of BLACK SABBATH’s final show, Back To The Beginning, happening July 5th at Villa Park in Birmingham. It’ll be only the third time SLAYER shares a stage with BLACK SABBATH, following their appearances at Ozzfest in 1998 and 2004.
They’ve also confirmed their return to Canada for the first time since 2019, headlining the FEQ Festival in Quebec on July 11th. Later this year, they’ll headline Louder Than Life in Louisville, Kentucky, on September 18th.
Fans can also explore Slaytanic Verses, SLAYER’s official virtual museum. It features rare items, behind-the-scenes stories, and live footage. The first exhibit, “Live Assaults: 1981 Through Today,” is packed with live show relics, and there’s more to come. Dive into SLAYER history and check out exclusive collectables now at slayer.net.
