Poison the Well kicked off the first leg of the tour with an unforgettable performance in Los Angeles, CA. The tour is a celebration of the 25th anniversary of their debut album, The Opposite of December… A Season of Separation.
Poison the Well is a well-known American metalcore band from Miami, Florida, that has become a huge part of many fans’ childhood memories. It’s been 15 years since their last tour, and to make this tribute even more memorable, the band is sharing the stage with Glassjaw, Better Lovers, and Teenage Wrist.

The tour kicked off on Saturday, April 4th, at the Hollywood Palladium and is scheduled to run throughout the month of April, with the finale set to be celebrated in Toronto, Ontario. The night brought strong waves of nostalgia to fans! The venue was packed with listeners from different generations. It was a night full of high energy, moving performances, and a return to our teenage roots.

The band came with the classics featuring their 1999-released album, The Opposite of December… A Season of Separation in addition to treats off their 2002 record Tear from the Redgiving. Fans belted away to “12/23/92” and “A Wish for Wings that Work,” introducing us to the band the same way they did on that ’99 debut. With more cuts like “Botchla” and “Lazzaro,” the fans stayed completely synced on the travel through time. They basked in throwback feels, reminiscence, and a chance to relive the journey of their music together. Additionally, LA fans were treated to a special live debut of their first new music in over 15 years: their single “Trembling Level.”
Don’t wait — grab your tickets for a night you’ll remember forever. You definitely won’t want to miss this show!
